Has anyone heard of....?

Has anyone heard of an orange (sided) sheila? It's an asian fish, vertically compressed, schooling, silver in color, with a brooken black line along it's lateral line? It looks a bit like a pseudomugil in body type. As it matures to about 2"(I was told), it develops orange on either side of the lateral line. It's very active in the LFS's tank.

Any idea what it's care is like? Anyone have any other info on it?

Thanks so much for ANY input!
