My GBR's are very "active";-) going through the spawiming ritual I would guess every 2-3 weeks. Thing is, they dig their little nest, go through the motions, but I never see eggs. They are fairly young, I was wondering if it's possible that the female isn't actually producing eggs, or if I just can't see them. I haven't yet so I don't know what I'm looking for......I have Turface substrate, it's kinda tannish brown. i know they tend to eat them; I usually watch as they do their thing but just don't see the eggs. Mostly curious, thanks!
Young parents are known to eat the eggs, maybe infertile or too much intimidations by other tankmates??
How about chemical free flower pot for them to call home? Lay it on its side so you can get full view!
