My Fish Tank.. Need ideas!!!
 

Aloha, this is a picture of my fish tank. I have two oranda goldfish and a pleco in it, although my tank looks unfinished. I need ideas on what I should do to decorate it. I have seen many of yours and I really like them but my "tank theme" is diff. I have black gravel blue background, and a castle looking ornament. Any ideas on plants, ornaments, etc that would be nice with my set-up. Pics would be nice. Mahalo

If you are planning on really plants start with only a few cuz some goldfish eat them, and some don't. You could get some big rock formations, short plants for the front, and tall for the back. More gravel would look really cool, too

Thanks veganchick. I want to put fake plants, but don't really know what plants would look nice for my tank and how to place them so they would look nice.. And yes more gravel would look A LOT nicer.

what if you got a few more smaller building/castle like ruins and made kind of a theme of it, you could make it look like a deserted civilization

Try pets discount in salt lake for silk plants and driftwood. They usually have a good selection of realistic looking fake plants.
I might also suggest a lighter colored or mixed gravel to help brighten your tank a bit.

or add more gravel and get some Elodea crispa,ranunculus(i don't know about this one
personally)
