Hey i just got 2 new german rams (i'll take pics later) and im selling my rtbs tomorrow. I just wanted to know what else i could put in with my 2 new fish(tank size 10g and 1 julii corycat).
Thanks and i wanted to knwo if my shark will stop chasing my rams because hes not biteing or anything.
I dont really have any expierence with rams at all. But I'm thinking that 2 German Rams might be to much for a little ten gallon. Just my thought. And your shark is chasing your rams around because your shark is aggressive and has claimed is territory. Best to get rid of the shark right away. :D
thanks umm rams grow to be 2 inches atleast so im fine there. And im selling my shark tomorrow. (Do you think petcetera will buy him?)
Okay. Like I said I dont know too much about the rams etc.. I would give ' Petcetera ' a call right now ask to talk to to the aquatics section and ask the guy/girl if they will take a RTBS off your hands for some in-store credit or something...
Ya i know thats what im gonna do but if im getting in store credit i wanna know what i can buy from there. lol
rams don't really care much to be bothered, you should get some hatchetfish or cardinals or something, but just a few so you don't overcrowd the tank
Well. You suggested cardinals and there tetra's. I wouldnt recommend tetra's in a small tank because they are shoalers meaning they like to be in groups. You will need at least 6 Cardinals.
10 Gallons is the mimimum for Rams, but you'll probably get away with it, as long as your water stats are good. :)
You don't have a massive choice for a 10 Gallon, but 6 small tetras, imo, should be ok. :)
