Need help with my tank stocking !
Soo I now have 7 pygmy cories and a dwarf honey gourami in my planted 10 gallons, and I'm wondering, do I still have space for one or more fishes? I find that my gourami looks quite alone in the middle-top part of the tank, and I'd like to add some 'life' for him. So am I already overstocked, or do you think I could squeeze some more in? If yes, what kind would you suggest? I have no clue personally :/
I would not add anymore fish to ten gal tank. Another gourami would in all likelihood be a male for it is very hard to find females. This would end up with the two fish fighting. Proper filtration, proper feeding, and proper tank maint (water changes) and the fish you have will be happy. Begin saving money for larger tank if you wish to keep more fish.
