I think it's this: Anubias barteri v. nana 'petite'

Yup. Make sure you get the rhizome up out of the substrate or it will rot. Great little plant.
It'll do best if it's slightly shaded because it's a slow grower and can become covered in algae. It's pretty impossible to kill though :)
