I have one Jack Dempsey that I am trying to bring back to life he has some pretty bad fin rot from some very bad water conditions. That I did not inflict. I also have a smaller Texas cichlid seems to be getting along with the JD. The other fish are feeder goldfish.

ahh right, well i hope he recovers.

Wow, that is a nice tank. Cool looking stand as well.

Do you know how big it is (gallon-wise)?

taylorg 01-25-2009 08:33 PM

looks good, were did you find that stand

It's a 46 gallon bowfront and the stand came with it. Fits a 5 gallon bucket plus all chemicals and food. My wife wants me to build a new one that matches our entertainment center.

Instead of rebuilding a new one, you could possibly just stain the wood to match the color of the entertainment center.

very cool! I'm so jealous! Everyone has the huge tanks, and I'm getting exited over my puny little 10 gallon! LOL

I loved my first 10 gallon. It doesn't matter the size as long as you enjoy it. My neighbors love their 2.5 gallon betta tank.
