Any Tips on Cleaning?

I have a little situation. I have a 30 gallon, which i know is quite small but i was wondering if anyone had any tips on cleaning. After we clean, we have a tough time getting the water back into the aquarium without doing little by little. Any ideas?

mag float scraper for cleaning the glass, you'll prob. need a handheld one as well for hard to get spots, a peice of plastic works fine.
gravel vac a small area of the gravel with every water change, water changes should be about 10%-20% tank volume weekly.
get a bucket or brute trashcan w/ dolly for your water, add declorinator and add to tank. replacing 10% of the tanks water slowly shouldnt take long in a 30 gallon. if you really wish you can buy a pump and attach a hose to pump the water in.

I have a magnetic scraper, it is a must have. LIL by LIL is my way a few trips tho.How much are you changing? when i used tap water i filled a tall kitchen trashcan (yes, new) with my water and treated in the can then moved it to the AQ & filled it by the gallon.
