55 gal tank...high Ph plant help

Ok I have a 55 gal tank. My ph usually runs like 8.2-8.4 I am wanting to put some plants in it but I see that some require lower Ph levels. I don't want to CO2 inject or get crazy. Just some simple plants that I can put some fert tabs in and they will look great! I have 2 55w 6500k (I belive) plant growth lights in my fixture now. What kind of plants would be good for my tank? Thanks!!

Try melon sword , anubias or theres a few few anacharis (H light). Your bio does not say where your from, what 's up with your water ?which watetr conditioners are you using, all of them.
it's true a soft water plant will fall apart in hard water lots of mess and expense.

I live in N Michigan what do you mean about what's up with my water, do you mean as far as Ph? Straight out of the tap it is that high! My water is pretty hard as well I remeber when I tested it long ago. THanks for help!
