Is this a fish only tank or do you have live plants? If so what kind?

I have guppies, Mollies, rasbora heteromorpha, Dwarf graumi, Fem betta, an angel fish, ghost shrimp, and a gold dojo loach. I am going to add some tetras too. Its a 56 gallon and no live plants

This light actually sounds like it would be better for my tank. AQUA-GLO Fluorescent Bulbs by Hagen

Since you don't have plants just look for a bulb labled as color enhancing in the 8 to 10,000 Kelvin range.

One thing to keep in mind is some shyer (not sure on spelling) or nocturnal fish will stay hidden if you have too birght of lights. I don't think any of your current fish would be drastically affected however, keep that in mind when buying new fish.
