Angry At Petsmart.

So i bought that super cool tree vine thing you can see on my tank page. Only to find out as soon as i lifted it up TONS of INK and Glue and News Papers Came out through the bottom holes. Aprently some one stuffed a crap load of news paper in my Ornament. I think that might have been the cause of my snails death and some of my other fish. Im so pissed off cause now i have to clean it up. Have you ever seen Paper thats Been in water for 3 weeks? turned my water Grey. And TONS AND TONS of Little Pieces of Wet Soggy Paper. This is so unbelievably Bad.

so basically you bought something without inspecting it before you put it in your tank.

Sorry to hear that! That sucks! I dont know why they put such big holes in the bottom of decorations. I have had to seal several with netting to keep my loaches out. If they would just put some small drain holes at the bottom we would not have to worry about such things happening!

Isn't that the truth! Loaches will squeeze themselves into anything they can put their snouts into which is why I stear clear of decorations. I remember reading awhile back where mkirby258 had to break a shell to get his yoyo out of it!

Oh my goodness that's really unfortunate. I hope everything is good now.

yeah, went up there got a refund plus, they paid for the fish that died cause of it. Im no longer going to use Ornaments instead ill put a piece of Drift Wood and a bunch of plants. I really like the look of Heavly Planted tank.

I'm glad to hear that they refunded your money. I'm sorry for your loss:(

Bummer you lost your fish, sorry. As much as Petsmart can get things wrong they do have a pretty good return/refund policy. At least the refund takes a little of the sting out of the bite..
