I have a zoomed reef sun flourescent lightbulb now and will be upgrading to coralife 20,00K is this enough light to keep an anemone. If so which would you reccomend
thanks in advance
what kind of light fixture, i believe what your stating are different bulbs.
lighting is important for an amemones care but it also requires alk, calcium and magnesium to be up to par, nitrites very low if not zero. inverts are sensitive. can you post those parameters please and what kind of anemone?
Always remember, when it comes to Anemones or corals, it's not the kelvin of the bulb, but the watts per gallon. If you get a 20,000k bulb and it only provides 2wpg then it is worthless to the anemone.
