Help!

Okay so I had a preg, molly and a guppy and I think they gave birth at the same time I have two different sized fry but it looks like I only have a couple of the smaller ones. Could it be that my guppy isnt done yet. How long can they give birth before they are done with the one batch? Or could it be that I have some runt fish and they all belong to the molly?

Guppies can hold sperm for months on end, as well as all other livebearers.

if they get or are stressed they possibly ate their fry too, but I would guess that they would have all of thier fry within 24 hours.

oh and guppies gestation period is 28 days, so if you can remember when your guppy got pregnant that might tell you which of the fry are in the tank, not sure about mollies.

Also when your fry are in the tank you will want to raise the temperature to 78 to 80 F for the first 2 or 3 months.

Hope this helps
