Need Lighting Options.

Hi everyone.

I recently bought a 10 gallon tank. I want to try my hand at co2 and high light plants. This tank isn't going to be stocked with fish until i can get the hang of it. But i am having trouble finding a good light solution for the tank. I was going to build my own canopy and was thinking about using three 23 watt CFL bulbs, But just want get other peoples opinions, and idea's. The research i have been doing, everything says it's harder to light a small tank compared to a big tank. So any thoughts will be welcomed.

I think Finnex sells high lights (LEDs and T5 HOs) for smaller tanks.
