Guppy Female, Bulgy Eye, Leaning To Side Slightly... Is She Dying? Urgent Advice!!

She refuses to eat, she is pregnant, i can tell... her tummeh is huge! But her eye is popped out, in a bubble, and she's leaning to the side when she's not swimming. When she is, she's just wobbeling side to side not moving. I am very concerned about her. The other fish refuse to go near her, and I think she might be sick. Any help? Please.

Sounds like a case of Popeye, but not sure on the other.

You have a 10G tank, correct?
Could you list the other fish in the tank?
Water Parameters?

The eye is gone away... i don't know the paramers.. there are -2 male guppies(i know im working on this) -1 FW molly -1 Blackskirt Tetra.

cold be popeye, and the big stomach, she is probally stressed and she wont deleiver her babys, then she will poop them out dead or she will die of i guess yo could call it constipation
