glodfish gass bubble?
Noticed my goldfish has a large blister on the tailfen. Looks like gass bubble disease. Read it was caused by changing out to much water, or adding to cold of water back in the tank during a water change. The spot did appear 2 days after a water change, But I think I had the tempt correct, and only changed out 9 gal in a 36 gal. I already turned up the air in the tank. Fish, still not acting sick. Has Anyone else had this problem? How long till the bubble pops? Dont know if I should go ahead and add antibiotics to the tank, or maybe just some extra salt.
I will try and get a picture tonight, dont think my camera is nice enough for such a small detail. Bubble still on the tail after 4 days. Plan to put some melafix in the water when it pops.
