What type of skimmer should i maybe get?

i have a 62 gallon tank and am highly thinking about getting a refugium.
tank size 36"L,28"W,H(dont remember lol)
but yeah! and i built a custom stand for it which each leg is 3 2*4 lol major support and super sturdy.
but i believe under my stand i have about 18"W,34"L or room for my refug. but am just not sure on what skimmer to get? along with a refuge for my size.

an urchin by aquaC would be a good and silent skimmer. Just make sure that it's rated for your application. Better to get a skimmer that's better then you need then one that's not good enough.

also, the general rule of thumbs is that a refugium should be at least 10% of the tank's volume, so for your case you need to be sure that you get a refugium that is at least 6.2 gallons. The bigger the better, of course!

another point would be to make sure the height of the skimmer will fit under the stand and into the sump. your also going to want to be able to pull it out if need be and pull out the collection cup.

a good idea is to read skimmer reviews as some are garbage and some are golden.

another idea is to look at skimmers that sit outside of the sump.
