Is it still a memorial if they aren't dead yet?

I'm in NH and part of the 1.2mil that lost power Thursday night. About 1/3 have power restored, but I do not. I have no way to keep the tank warm and 4 of 7 fish are dead and the other 3 will be very soon. Tank temp is down to 47 F. House temp is 36 F. Tried to think of everything possible, but I don't have a generator and we're staying at a hotel...

I'm so sorry to hear that! I hope the power comes on in time to save the others.

Im sorry!! That is so sad! Wonder if you could put the remaining fish in a rubbermaid container, take them to the hotel, put a heater in with them?

I read on another site that you can use heat pacs that they use for shipping fish. They will last for up to 20 hours. You can put the fish in individual containers/cups and put them and the heat pacs in a cooler to keep the fish warm.
