Dead Fish Swimming?
 
Yesterday, I went to get a dead swordtail out of my tank that I noticed. As I reached for my net, something caught my eye. I stared at the swordtail for a few seconds and it starts twitching and trying to swim! I can see that the gills are not moving. Weird. I tried to get it from the bottom of the tank and when I did it twitched some more, right now of the net. Completely shocked at this point, I let it alone for about 15 minutes and when I came back I knew it was certainly dead. It wasn't moving anymore. So my question is, why would the fish be twitching and moving, but it was clearly dead?

some time its there nerves iv seen my pike bite gold fish in half and the head and body move for a minute or so
