Golden Wonder Killie
Could i put one o f these guys with 4 zebra danios and three neons in a ten gallon tank?
Sure, if you're not a big fan of your neons. Golden wonders are just about the most predatory fish I've ever owned (even moreso than my Jack Dempsey) and will actively hunt any fish it thinks is small enough to fit in its large mouth. It will eat your neons, and will try very hard to eat your danios. They are best kept with fish too large to be eaten.
what about their size? I've heard they could be to big for my tank. I am having trouble finding info on these guys.
They get to a decent size. My male is about four inches, but he could get another inch on him. Though they're fairly large, they would do just fine in a 10g tank as they're not active swimmers. But, like I said, he will eat your neons and could possibly eat your danios if they are small.
I would add to your neon school instead.
I think I am going to get one. I want a centerpiece fish.
*plays Chopin's funeral march for the neons*
I think I will take the risk. Thank you guys for all of your help
Lol, may your neons rest in peace then.
