my new little 2.5 gal tank

this is a picture of my small 2.5 gallon tank, its not as cool as it could be now but i need to buy a few more plants or something. my betta elvis is really happy in it since he came from a teenie 1 gallon with only an undergravel filter!

heres my 2 out of three goldfish, these two are about 3 inches each and are in a 10 gallon tank so eventually ill need to move them. but im pretty sure ones a ryukin and the others an oranda. the ryukin is paige and the oranda is ghandi.

ok here they are

i just bought a 4 inch bubble stone they like to play in.

Lupin 12-19-2006 07:22 PM

Nice.
By the way, I wouldn't consider the bubble stuff as something they can play. Bubbles if they stick on the body of the fish can cause unbearable pain for the fish. Bubbles tend to stick beneath their scales/skin which will appear like blisters.

I'm tempted to keep goldfish but I'll need another tank.:sarcastic: And as of this time, I'll have to concentrate on my plants to make a planted tank.

lol ok. but the fat one paige just keeps trying to swim down against the current of the bubbles and its hilarious. i think a good 10 gallon tank with a filter lights and a hood is only around 50 dollars at walmart?
