Hello.I own to pink kissing gouramis a blue gourami and a honey gourami.Im new to this and cant tell whats wrong with the honey gourami.he is swimming and laying on the bottom and also his eyes are red.He also eats very little. Can someone tell me if he is sick?:-(:-(:-(:-(
You need to be very careful with keeping multiple species of Gouramis; they are anabantids and will fight for territories.
Now, we need to know a bit more about your tank.
How big is it?
When was it setup?
When was the honey added?
And anything else you know to help us.
well the tanks ben set up for about a month now.um its 29 gallon but the 2 pinks im just baby sitting.um he was added about 3 days ago.
probably stressed out by the blue gourami...honey's don't like bigger fish than themselves to begin with, and Trichogaster T's can be a real pest stressing its tankmates
