Beloved Kimi
 

Today is a sad day. My beloved Kimi has passed away. Unfortunately I have no pictures, and I deeply regret that. It was quite sudden, one minute he seemed fine, and the next he was slipping away. I believe it may have been the result of overfeeding, not by me though. Kimi had lived peacefully in a 6gal tank with a few glolight tetras. An incident this week resulted in Kimi somehow turning on them and attacking... After the horror, Kimi was bloated and last night was suddenly on his deathbed.
I feel awful about it, maybe it's my fault for integrating the betta with other fish, but then again there were months of them cohabitating with no issues whatsoever. I'm really not sure what happened.
He is now resting peacefully in a beautiful spot in my flower garden.
Just wanted to share my tragedy with others that can sympathise.
