my red plec has this web type stuff on his side.
what is it,and what do i need to get for him.
he was in a container while the tank was down,
no one else has this.

Sorry to hear this Willow, it could be a number of things although the web appearance (does it look like lesions?) you describe makes me think skin flukes as a possibility.

How is he behaving, does he have any other symptoms at all, and is it possible for you to take a picture of him?

he is acting normal,i could try a pic tonight,i think if i try
one now it will just be all reflections of the window. and he has shot off
under the wood :(
there are no leisions,holes,wigglie things,just looks like a fine web
like stuff ??? can't think on any other discription of it.

there is nothing to show for it,no discolouration(sp) nothing. !!

Hmm... is the tank planted? Could maybe have been some dead plant matter that had stuck to him?

i wonder if it was something from the bin kate like you said.
