hello everybody,

i have been recently snapping around the place getting pics of me peps and my other fish.
here are some shots i took.

how big do they get? how much do they usually cost?

they cost around $30 in australia when they are 4-5cm but when they get to be about 8cm they get to be worth around $100.

I have heard of Peppermint BNs getting bigger than 15cm, around 17 to 18cm.
An 8cm Peppermint BN would only sell for $100 these days if it was in a breeding pair, trio or the person who bought it was desperate, crazy or didn't now what they were doing and got ripped off! An 8cm Peppermint BN would sell for about $40 to $70 depending on its sex, females will sell for more, and thats considering that you can sex them. :)
