fighting or mating?

my platys were going at it today i wasnt sure if they were fighting or mating they were just rubbing each other and poking each other there was no damage to the fish but should i be worried or is it just nothing

this is a male platyhttp://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a81/pixi38/male2.jpg
this is the femalehttp://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a81/pixi38/female.jpg
if yours are like this, then it's mating behaviour.
if it's two males, the are pushing for a dominant position.

edit:
i think we're in the wrong section here..............
