Happy Feet

Did anyone see it? Was it good? I'm not one for musicals, but my girlfriend is very interested in the penguins :)

There was some discussion in another thread about the movie, I know Girlofgod saw it and was less than pleased with some aspects of the movie. I personally have not seen it, nor would I pay the price of an admission ticket, let alone the cost to tote 4 children and my wife, to see it. Movie theaters are over rated. a dvd, a 2 litre of pepsi, and a bag of nuke it up popcorn, all in the comforts of my own living room, now thats the way to go. Cheap, quiet, and no heads in my way. And the money ive saved on movie tickets, well thats afforded me the privledges of a vast dvd collection, a kickin' home theatre system, and unlimited viewings at no additional cost. And if a Move really sucks, im only out $15.98, rather than the $70-$80 it would have cost in movie tickets alone to drag my herd to the theater.

I have watched it two weeks ago.:wink2: Frankly, I'm not impressed with the scenes where penguins sing.http://www.smilies.our-local.co.uk/i.../Sarcastic.gif I hardly understand them.:bluelaugh:
I like the tap dancing scenes though.:welldone: And yes, it has hit top box hence overrated.

By the way, my sister bought a disc containing soundtracks from Happy Feet. I'm not excited to listen to it.http://www.smilies.our-local.co.uk/i.../Sarcastic.gif Would rather listen to HSM.
