Feed Sand Sifting Starfish

Is there anything I can feed a sand sifting starfish?

Well if i am right your starfish could be offered small peices of meaty food like shrimp.

Sand stars just eat whatever crap they find in the substrate. You shouldn't worry to much about htem. One thing to remember is that they should never be placed into a tank that has not been running for at least 6 months.

Like caferacermike I have 2 stars and I never feed them, I have tried to feed them tiny pieces of shrimp and he wont even look at it.
