Asassin snail

Does anyone know how to breed these snails? I've heard they don't breed as readily as other snails so I'd like to know before I order them.

I know some people from other forums who keep them and they simply keep a constant supply of 'pest' snails for these snails to prey on. This may enable them to breed although not as prolifically as most snails do. Apparently, they drop 4-6 eggs a month only but I cannot confirm that as I am still looking for these at the moment.:dunno:

Lupe's right, they breed slowly, and only when they have plentiful live prey for food. Their eggs look square, kinda like mini shark eggs. They're really cool looking actually! You'll want a group of at least 5-6 to count on having both genders and having them breed.

there are some on aquabid.com, $30 shipped. I want to get some and breed them as I can't find ANY in the states and the international shipping is rape just for a couple snails.
