Feeding Red Wrigglers
I just thought of something but not sure if it's a good idea or not.
I do vermiposting (worm composting) and thought maybe my fish would like some fresh worms. I feed my worms organic food scraps so I think it would be a safe thing to do?? They are red wriggler worms. I've looked for live black worms but I can't find them anywhere. Any thoughts??

As long as you're the one who's fed them, so you know they're free of anything dangerous, then go ahead! Lots of fish *love* worms

One more question on the worms: Do I cut it into pieces? The worms are about 2 to 3 inches long and I hate the idea if one makes it's way to the bottom and burrows itself into the sand. I'll never find it again and so far none of my fish are burrowers. Once buried under the sand won't the worm die and make a mess??

It depends on how large your fish are. You'll need to chop it into pieces for smaller fish. But if you're feeding larger fish, they'll gulp it right up.
