guppies work fairly well.

jus dont keep the million of babies.

or perhaps a betta?

A cheap goldfish wouldn't be good for a 5 gallon anyway, as they get very large and produce a lot of waste.

You could keep Endler's livebearers, sparkling gouramis, ember tetras, galaxy rasboras, pygmy cories, neon tetras or shrimp of some kind.

ok, After cycling would it be ok for a drawf frog?

Yep. You could probably keep two of them in there. It might be difficult keeping other fish with them though, because they're really bad at finding their food and other fish will often eat all of their food before they have a chance to get any.

yea dwarf frog would work be careful not to get a "clawed frog" those get big, and having fish with a dwarf frog can work but id say no fish, first of all its only 5 gallons and second of all, dwarf frogs are picky eaters and the fish tend to eat their food before they do.

You'd probably be OK with the frogs and a sparkling gourami (or a cool killifish!) or at least some shrimp. The gourami/killis are top feeders, so if you feed them flakes and give the frogs some sinking pellets, there should be little food competition between the two. Just avoid aggressive feeders or bottom dwellers :)

Sparkling gouramis or croaking gouramis.

A few Platys would be really pretty too if you wanted to go with those.
