I wouldn't try the dwarf frogs. They're notorious for being very slow about finding their food, so if they're kept with most other fish (like your tiger barbs) they wouldn't ever get a chance to eat anything. Plus, a 60 gallon tank is pretty tall, which means the little frogs have a long way to swim from the bottom to the surface of the water in order to breathe.

A pleco would probably work, though. 60 gallons is a little on the small side for a common pleco (they can easily break 18 inches long and poop a lot) so I'd stick with one of the smaller species, like a bristlenose, clown pleco, or rubber lip pleco. If you don't already have some, driftwood is good to have with many pleco species because they like to gnaw on it.

There's tons of plecos that would work great in a 60 gallon. For instance, I *love* my Green Phantom Pleco.

Oh...I didn't mean to say you're limited to those three types. There are hundreds of different types of pleco out there. Most of the more exotic L-numbered plecos stay smaller than the common pleco and would work well in your tank. I was merely listing three species that aren't as expensive and are usually easy to find.
