Re: Breeding FreshWater Fish
For a 15 gallons tank, you seem to have an overcrowded stock. I wouldn't bother about mollies and guppies. They are quite prolific and IMO can cause a strain in your biological filter. When keeping livebearers, always remember the sex ratio should be 1 male to 3-4 females. Males are quite horny and if the female fish gets followed a lot, it will become exhausted and eventually weaken and die.
4 neons is fine in a 15 gallons tank but I'd add 4 more if I were you.:) They are shoalers and like it better when kept in a large shoal.
As for comets, they can easily outgrow the tank in no time gorwing to at least 10 inches. Goldfish variants are known to poo a lot and require very large tank for better maintenance alone.
Lighting: Incandescent is not recommended as it often gives too much heat which your comet will not tolerate. Fluorescent light tubes are more preferable.
wooow thanks alot Blue.:D Merry Christmas
