i just moved

yep, thats right, just moved to a new appartment... Much more place in here ;-)

Obviously had to move the fish tank.

I have use 2 cooler box to carry the fishies with water that i took from the fish tank and i realized how stained the water was when i poured it in the white cooler box.... Drift wood has most certainly leach some stuff in the tank in the past 4 month. So i decided not to put that water in and went with all new fresh water.

I left the fishies in the thermos cooler for a night with a small submersible mature filter (i had prepare this by adding this filter to the tank like 4 week ago...)
This should give time for the temp to stabilise in the tank and with the canister filter full of bacteria it should be enough time..

Anyhow, i had no casuality and all is up and running and plants are taking back their place...

The water look so much clearer !

Sounds like you did a good job of preparing for the move. It was also wise to use new water. That would have been the best choice regardless of the water color. Your seeded filter is going to cycle the tank and water really doesn't add much to that process. Glad things are going well for you.

the more you move the better you get at it as far as tank and fish's and other things too ofc
