Looking very nice. I love large live plant aquariums with small schooling fish. Please keep posting pics as you add new plants or fish. Also, can you give some specs? Describe the setup, filtration, and additives? |
welll... i start with a substrate maybe i give you the components later (im not sure about the names in english) im using a DIY sistem (its the same, but i change my biotipe) you can se more details in this post http://www.fishforum.com/viewtopic.p...ght=costa+rica well.. im not use CO2 yet... im looking for profesional kits but they are VERY!! VERY!! EXPENSIVE IN COSTA RICA!!!, well actually, they aren t in sale...., so maybe im gonna use a DIY sistem... but im looking for help..., i dont wanna make a mistake..., THANKS FOR THE COMMENT!!! and Im sorry for my grammar!! |
Here's a website I found for a really good DIY system, I hope you can translate all of it ok. It shows pretty much the ideal system and explains why each part is used, some of it's optional, some of it's not and a lot of different ideas are given for some of the parts. http://www.qsl.net/w2wdx/aquaria/diyco2.html |
OH!!! that great!!! thanks!!! :D |
beautiful tank but i suggest more filtration if your only using that one hang on back filter. |

One thing that always makes me jealous about tanks I see from Central America: no heaters! The tank looks great. I can't wait to see it once those plants have had more time to fill in. I especially like your driftwood. Keep us posted! |
Looking good |
