Clown Loach Feeding

I have recently got 2 clown loaches, I have tried feeding them algae wafers which they show only a small amout of interest to, I got some bloodworms is there any paticular way you are supposed to feed them? I just put them in and the loaches leave them or cant find it or something and then it is really difficult to get out and makes the tank look untidy if left, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Most fish are nervous when they get home to a new tank. It may a few days before the fish may eat. Clown loaches are very nervous and prefer to be in a smaller group. They also do not like fast, darting fish, which is normally a sign that danger is nearby, which is why the loaches need to be in a small groups.

They are scavengers so, they will learn the food that you give are for them to eat.

Do you have a place that they like to hide? If they have a favorite spot, drop the food there and let them come to it. My Botia's do not like to come out and eat while I am moving around, even when I give them their favorite, Snails. I have rearely seen them eat walking up to the tank but if I sit still they will come out and eat anywhere in the tank.
