This, is a FREAKIN SWEET FISH. Well maybe not THAT cool, but I just found em and I like them. They look mean, like a barracuda or something. I'm having trouble pulling up information on them though... So I'm assuming it's probably not a good aquarium fish. :|
It's called a longnose Killifish, or Fundulus similis
I'm thinking my answer is going to be "Absolutely not, are you crazy!" But I figured I would ask around and see if anyone ever heard of them/ knows anything about em. Thanks!!!
Only info I could find indicates a saltwater fish that is difficult to sustain in aquariums. :(
:( Darn, to bad. They are pretty cool looking. But I'm not looking into saltwater tanks anytime soon. Plus if I can't get much of anything on google about them, I doubt my lfs will know what the heck I'm talking about. Thanks anyways!!! :thankyou:
Hahaha, I just realized I put this in livebearers?? Pretty sure killifish lay eggs but whatever its like 3 am and I'm going to bed
I catch those in my cast net all the time lol I call em kookoobarra, good snook bait
