mopy fish..
 

my 5 tigers and 2 neons seem mopy. they dont swim around the tank much. only at feeding time. they just chill by the bottom and hang out. are they bored or not healthy or what?

Have you tested your water? With that small of a tank, and that large of a bioload, your tank is prone to sudden spikes in ammonia/nitrite/nitrate. Only 2 neons? They do best in a group of at least 5 or 6. My suggestion is to try and get a bigger tank...or return some fish or give them to friends if they have aquariums until you can get a bigger tank.

Sometimes, sluggishness can be linked to disease. Any other symptoms with the fish?

10 gallon tank is really to small for them. Those fish are shoaling fish and would probably do better in longer tanks.

yes i plan on getting rid of the barbs in due time however they are small yet.

i would feed them carrots very fine peaces and i would blanch them first. my fish get pretty active when i feed them carrots.
