Are they pregnant??

Pretty sure one is a Molly and other is a Platy.

There are little white specs allover the tank in different areas. I would assume these are eggs? But if these fish are live bearers why are the eggs on the glass?

Also, I would like to keep all of the fry, how or when do I separate? I do have a breeder tank. All advice welcomed!

It's difficult to tell from the picture, but I'd say that some of them are pregnant, yes! Live-bearers don't lay eggs - they give birth to fully developed mini fish. Super cute ones, at that! Do you want to move the mommas, or only the babies into the breeding tank? You can watch for changes in behavior that will signal that they're in labor, but you could also move them over now - or just move the babies over when they arrive.

As for the eggs on the glass. . . what other animals live in the tank? They don't belong to the Livebearers, that's sure!
