Jasmin's pectoral fin has been broke off will it grow back, or is she suffering?

Can I have some info on your tank please? Size, tank mates, what kind of fish is jasmin? water parameters? Does it effect how she is swimming?

Fish are amazing healers, keep your water clean so there are no secondary infections. What happened to cause it?
