best heater

my g-ma wants to get me something for my new aquarium for christmas and she said under 50 dallors so im thinking i should get the best aquarium heater under 50 dallors. I was thinking either of these.

I relly like this one cause it has the external heat adjustment and it seems like a high end product(cause its expensive) but i dont think im going to get it because the cosomer reveiws are all terible.
this one looks good http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewIt...product=EJ1115 I like this cause it is very accurate and the costumer reviews are terrific.
If any of you know of a better heater under 50 bucks let me know.
also should i go with the 100 or 150 watt for a 15 gallon with 10 gallon sump(that makes 25 gallons total)

I recomend Jager as it is an EHeim product. I've not heard of any troubles with them.

I do wish it was set up like the unit in your first pic. That looks to be a nice heater. I have not had any experience with that one myself. The digi gauge is very a very nice touch.

Don't think of it as an expensive heater. Think instead of it being a good deal for two pieces of equipment as it doubles both as a heater and a temp gauge.

Your second link did not open for me.

Fixed.:wink2: Apparently the word "good" was stuck to the link hence the link didn't work.:wink2:

Now that's funny to see the link was to a Jager Eheim product.
