Traded a boat for a fish tank
So i had a boat that I was about ready to haul to the dump. It was an eye sore and in my opinion worthless. The engine was old, but ran, and the trailer was good.
Just for fun, I put an ad on Craigslist "Trade bout for fish tank." I couldn't beleive all the offers I got. Well, I did the only thing i could do. I went with the one that was the biggest and came with the most stuff.
It was a saltwater tank, so it's nasty, but it'll clean up nice.
I turned this...
a 220 gallon Monster Tank.
nice trade :D good luck with the clean up, cant wait to see the progress :D
Did the other guy feel suckered? That's really nice looking
Vinegar and water + elbow grease. It'll get clean eventually. I just had to do this to a 55 gallon set up in similar condition.
Not wild about the faux marble though.
Fantastic swap!! :D
Can't wait to see how you get on with the new tank.. good luck with it!
