this is my stocking plan for my 30 gallon high

5 cards
5/6 rummynose
6 corys

would a baby angel be compatible or would he eat the cards
i will have a place for him to go when he gets to big

Well, you may want to keep the tartar sauce handy in case the angel wants some.Does that answer the question?

i think my mom has some  i will watch for aggression i can move it to another tank if it gets aggressive but they are only like a inch and a half big :)

There's a difference between aggression and predation. Angelfish are pretty peaceful fish so I doubt you'll see it get aggressive towards your other fish. Once it gets big enough, your small tetras will just start to mysteriously disappear.

how fast will they grow

There is only one kind of stocking appropriate for aquaria.... Fishnet.

The point of my post was to support herefishy's.

The first part of my post was to point out that "Stocking" is not the most informative subject you could have used. That and because it's a homonym, a pun, which some find amusing.
