My Brackish is Sick - Please Help

My Brackish fish is floating vertically for the past day.

What can i do to save it?

My other freshwater fishes are doing just fine, I have added some more aquarium salt to my 50 gallon tank. pH levels and other water tests are all OK as well.

If there is any treatment - Please advise.

thanks.

Vertically? sure you dont mean horizontally/on its side? If it is horizontally, try feeding it a unshelled pea.

I guess it all depends on the orientation .. but I am attaching a pic... it is now swimming even more vertical :( :(
