Does any place have or does any body make a battery powered filter for a small tank, like 10 gal?

I've never heard of such a thing but If there was one it would cost a fortune to operate!

I'm thinking of battery-operated airpump and a sponge filter. A sponge filter is sufficient for a 10g. Operate with an airpump with electrical cord and plug included. Keep the battery-operated airpump in your cabinet for power outages and other emergency purposes.

I was reading up on handling power outages today. If you just have the one tank, then that's a fine solution lupin has. Anything more complex than that will run to money. (Me, I am going to go with car batteries and a power inverter, but then I have 12 tanks to keep running.)
