Using Distilled Water??

Question:

When doing water changes is it okay to use distilled water :?:
If not, what is the the preferred product of use as a declorinater?

Distilled water is devoid of minerals fish need. It's pure H20. Spring water is the way to go, and the only way to go particularly in my town. The tap water here contains 2ppm of Ammonia.

I use Wal Mart bottled spring water for every water change. 74 cents a gallon.
