Petco Plant Bulbs
I have a 29 gallon community tank that I wanted to try some new plants in, so I bought some of those plant bulbs at Petco. Has anyone ever purchased these before or had any success? They haven't started growing in the past 2 weeks so...
Depending on the type of bulbs they are they may take 2-3 weeks or 6-8 month to start to grow.
Aponogetons should be almost ready to sprout. Lily bubls another 2-6 weeks. Gotta have patience with them but they are well worth it if they do grow. I have 3 aponogetons that have started growing and they are already huge. Make a good addition to any tank, if you can get them to grow. My record with them is 7:24 that have grown. Kind of hit and miss but the bulbs aren't so expensive that it isn't worth it in the end.
