Asking opinions on these tank parameters

These are my current readings in my 20 long tank:
Ammonia - 0.25 - 0.5
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - 5
Phosphate 1.0 - 2.0
ph 7.4 - 7.6
Gh 6 drops
Kh 3 drops

This is the tank where I damaged the media in the filter trying to reduce the ph and it has gone through a pretty brutal cycle. It's stabilizing now, the green water is gone, and the ph has at least come back from a high of almost 8. I'm raising red wags, neons, and other tetras in this tank. So far the fish still seem normal and I have not lost anyone.

Am I in a decent place? Should I be doing anything else or leave it alone? I put in a 1/2 dose of Amquel to combat the ammonia and added another dose of stresszyme. If I don't do anything else the PH will keep climbing towards 7.6 or higher within a week or so.

My tap water has changed a lot and now has a ph about neutral with the same Gh and Kh = 6 & 3. I don't know why the tank ph keeps going north. I've removed anything that looked ceramic and put in driftwood back in January but the PH won't stay below 7.6ish unless I use acid buffer in small doses.

I have a similar problem in a 10 gal guppy tank that is cycled but just got some new occupants. I DON'T have this problem in my 3rd 10 gal tank that is cycling now and has just one pictus and a few feeder minnows in it. The only real difference in the 3rd tank is no live plants or lights. The pictus likes the dark. Could the algae or plants be driving the ph up?

Thanks in advance.
