No, because the mudskippers would naturally eat the crabs. And the tank would have to be huge, in the hundreds of gallons, with the tank footprint being particularly important, for the mudskippers, which need to be kept in a colony setup for continued health, and as they get pretty large. They MUST have a variety of prey organisms available to them all the time, as they are active eaters looking for dinner constantly. Just crickets won't do the trick.
Keeping mudskippers alive and healthy is challenging, but they are fascinating fish. You'd have to do tons of research before considering building a tank for them, and have the menu fleshed out and ready to go BEFORE you buy the fish.
Tank mates are questionable, as mudskippers are active preditors, but you might get away with gobies, long as the water is deep enough (two or three feet) and there are many places for the gobies to hide.
Mudskippers are great, fascinating fish, but keeping them is completely different than anything else, so learn all you can about them and study hard, as mudskippers have a poor record in captivity, and that's due to ignorance of the keepers.
