Those are really cool fish, but everyone at the pet stores warns me against them. I've been told that they are really only for established aquariums.
This has been discussed before. Your lfs have been most prudent with their advice.:) They are right that the Mandarin Dragonettes are for established tanks only. If my mind serves me right :mrgreen: , these fish are quite sensitive to water quality and a newly-setup tank will always have extreme changes in water chemistry.:)
Oh wow, that's an absolutely gorgeous fish. I hope it's not intrusive, but how much does one of those cost?
